The Wall is during THE NETHERLANDS PRESIDENCY OF THE EUROPEAN UNION 2016 an on and off-line programme of art installations and performances located along the 450-metre brick wall that surrounds the Amsterdam Marine Base. This base is where, during the 182 days of the Presidency, the official EU-meetings take place. The Wall separates the politicians from the public during this time and is being used to enhance the communication between these two worlds.
